Lay flat pouch (three-side seal pouch) is cost-effective and one of the most commonly frozen seafood packaging bags. The 3 side seal pouch is also suitable for vacuum sealing process before frozen. Nylon (NY):
Nylon is the most used materials in frozen seafood packaging as its excellent tear resistance at low temperatures. NY offers superior mechanical strength and puncture resistance, especially for sharp-edged products like shrimps and mussels.
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET):
A common printing layer in laminated plastic structures, providing good moisture barrier property and stiftness.
Polyethylene (PE):
PE is the sealant layer, allowing low-temperature heat sealing. And PE is suitable for direct food contacting.
