01 PE Materials
LDPE(heat seal layer) offers superior temperature resistance and toughness, allowing used from -50 to 120℃, to withstand extreme conditions, including freezing temperatures and boiling water. Moreover, LDPE's convenience in terms of storage, transportation, and suitability for cold and hot environments further enhances its function as a heat seal layer.
02 Barrier Coating
Our recyclable barrier pouch just only PE material and EVOH coating on it for barrier function. OTR and WVTR of EVOH is both within 2.0, so the barrier feature is very close to Aluminum but eco-friendly.
